so, you have here the attention of the two different conflicting rights going on here. the rules proposed by the obama administration first said that peace church institutions had to provide contraceptive health care insurance for their employees. not only the u.s. catholic bishops but many other catholics and many other proponents of the religious liberty oppose the obama administration regulations but to its great credit the obama administration then proposed a compromise that such employees would be covered for contraception but the institution would not have to pay for it. now ms. fluke called that a brilliant solution as i recall, and in many ways i think it was. here was a conflict situation how can you keep everybody happy. now, no compromise is perfect by definition. but, nonetheless, it seems to me this was an ideal way to handle the situation. unfortunately, the united states bishops failed to go along with that in the name of religious freedom. and as i say, i think they have forgotten the freedom and the rights to call other people. so, i think that compromi
